Invisible Cats, Spoons and A Mad Scientist

My attention was captured when a young friend, Stephen, posted this enigmatic statement 'An invisible cat just came through the window and stole all my spoons.'  What a strange delight. Thanks for the inspiration!  Windows are one of my themes and I had a lot of fun finding and editing spoons.

I recently started a new medication. It requires some focus. A specific time to take it; things to eat and not eat, tracking data and various other things.  I've done a lot of reading and making notes. My friend Deb, asked me how it was all going and I said, 'I'm the mad scientist of me.'  And so there we are.

Travels By Train

I came across photos of a train trip from Chicago to New York in another era of my life. They brought up all the feelings of adventure and the uniqueness of traveling on a train; including an unplanned stop lengthy stop in the farm country outside Chicago not long after we began and the fun of photo-booth pictures in the station.
